Opening from September 20, 2013, to September 26, 2013 of the standing repurchase order for holders of the bonds convertible into and/or exchangeable for new or existing shares.

Offering of bonds convertible into and/or exchangeable for new or existing shares (OCEANE), due September 18, 2018. Exercise in full of the over-allotment option, increasing the amount of the issue to 103,200,000 euros.
