Board of Directors
The Board of Directors, chaired by Frédéric Lissalde, is made up of 14 members. Among these members, seven are independent and five are women. Their mission? Guarantee to shareholders and the market that our essential missions are accomplished with the necessary care, independence and objectivity, in view of the Group's challenges and strategy.
It relies on four specialized committees:
- A Strategy Committee, whose mission is to establish and periodically review the Group’s strategy;
- An Audit and Risks Committee, who are responsible for monitoring the accuracy and reliability of the financial statements;
- A Compensation, Nominations and Board Governance Committee who makes recommendations regarding compensation and succession of members of the Board and Committees;
- A Sustainability Committee, who are responsible for analyzing and proposing strategic directions on environmental, social and governance issues.

Soitec’s Corporate Purpose has been included in its statutes since 2021, when it strengthened and structured its sustainability policy.
Soitec's sustainability policy is placed at the heart of its strategy. To set the course, the Group defined a roadmap for 2026, which was then extended to 2030 with longer-term objectives.
The roadmap is based on three pillars and 11 concrete, measurable commitments, in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
