From school to a promising career
For many years, we have pursued an ambitious policy of building partnerships with universities and top schools worldwide to increase our visibility among students and recent graduates.
Primarily established in strategic fields for our industry, these collaborations help us attract future talent through apprenticeship programs, internships, or international corporate volunteer opportunities (VIE). Covering all our professions—from innovation to production and administrative functions—these programs are offered across all our sites in France and internationally.

Coordinated by our Talent Acquisition team, our initiatives to attract and recruit young talent leverage various tools: job dating events, student visits, open days, on-campus presentations, digital communication campaigns, and participation in key forums.
The diversity and frequency of these events strengthen our presence and position us as an attractive employer in a highly competitive global job market. The results speak for themselves: during the 2023–2024 fiscal year, we hired 237 young people under the age of 26 across all our sites.

We are particularly proud to have participated in France’s “My Sophomore Internship” program, a joint initiative by the Ministries of Economy and Education aimed at promoting careers in industry and microelectronics to young people.
Our commitment reflects our dedication to supporting middle and high school students in their educational orientation. We believe it is essential to introduce career opportunities early, particularly by encouraging young girls to explore technological fields and careers in electronics.
