Committed Governance

Soitec's ESG policy is implemented at the highest level of the company. Major decisions relating to sustainable development are taken by the Board of Directors. To reinforce its involvement in these issues, in 2022 the Board set up an ESG Committee responsible for defining the main thrusts of its sustainable development policy and the objectives to be achieved.
