Soitec’s purpose expresses what guides its actions over the long term:

Values Built Collectively

Our values translate this ambition into action. They define the way teams work, decide, and cooperate daily. They are the result of a unique participatory process.

More than 100 employees, representing all the Group's professions and regions, contributed to their development. They were then submitted to a vote by all employees.

This choice says something essential: at Soitec, culture is not decreed. It is built collectively.
