Soitec is managed by a Board of Directors, whose role is to determine the strategic direction of the Company's business and to oversee its implementation. To carry out its duties, the Board has set up four specialized Committees. General Management is the responsibility of the Chief Executive Officer, who is supported by the Company's Executive Committee.
