Soitec issues 1,100,000 shares within its PACEO

Bernin, France, April 12th, 2011 – In relation to the PACEO  agreement signed on June 5, 2008 with Société Générale, Soitec has implemented a tranche and announced the issuance of 1,100,000 shares with attached Warrants at a price of €12.4, including a 5% discount to the VWAP over the last couple of days.

The issuance accounts for 1.26% of the company’s share capital which could be raised up to 2.51% in case of conversion of the Warrants into new Soitec shares upon the exercise of the Warrants.

The new tranche completes the PACEO program.
