All new employees receive a personalized orientation to help them quickly become operational and at ease in the working environment.
To ensure that everyone is involved in her or his own professional growth, we encourage staff  members to express their wishes in terms of development and investment in ongoing training.
On average, each employee receives three  days of training per year.

We have a dynamic internal mobility policy which emphasizes skills development. Approximately 15% of our employees receive internal transfers or promotions each year.

We ensure that access to our premises and work stations help bring individuals with disabilities on board with our company.
We also partner with ESATs (organizations helping individuals with disabilities to enter the workforce) and EAs (companies employing a majority of individuals with disabilities).

Located in a technological cluster at the heart of the Grésivaudan Valley, our headquarters are located in unique surroundings We want to make this work environment as comfortable as possible by offering functional and pleasing  work spaces.

Many events are organized at the initiative of the company or of its employees. They are aimed at  creating connections with our local  community and providing mutual enrichment.
For example, we hold regular open houses. They are open to all and let visitors find out more about our company and our business.Similar events are organized for the families and friends of our employees. 

Our  scenic work environment will appeal to fitness enthusiasts.  We have a running club, and we sponsor the Grenoble soccer team as well as a triathlete who takes part in Iron Man contests.
