Soitec CPV offers the highest efficiencies of any solar technology on the market. Soitec CPV systems are mass-produced from low-cost materials like glass and silicone and deliver the lowest CoE in locations with high direct normal irradiance (DNI).
Soitec CPV high efficiencies when used in high DNI areas plus our unique two axis-tracking system guarantee constant power output throughout the day and allows for energy production during peak hours – when electricity is most valuable.
Soitec CPV systems boast a very low energy payback time (9 months) and are almost completely recyclable thanks to their glass and steel components. It requires no cooling water, which makes it perfectly suited for deserts and arid environments. Furthermore, because of the highly efficient conversion of sunlight into electricity, it requires less land. Dual land use with activities like agriculture is also feasible.
