Philip Willson

Director of Supply-Chain Management

Philip Willson joined Soitec in 2003 as the director of supply-chain management. He is responsible for developing and deploying all of the supply-chain processes and programs necessary to support the company’s product sourcing and distribution requirements. Willson also oversees many of Soitec’s supply-chain planning activities, including driving continuous process improvements to provide value to customers, shareholders and employees.

Willson has more than 20 years of global supply-chain management experience in the computer and electronics industries. Prior to joining Soitec, he directed purchasing and supplier quality engineering for storage components at Hewlett-Packard, where he led a major supply-chain re-engineering program for the company’s European customer service business.

Willson holds a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering from Salford University, UK, and an executive master’s degree in business from HEC-CPA Paris, France.
