Corinne Margot

Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Communications

Corinne Margot joined Soitec in 1996 as director of human resources. She oversees the strategy and direction of Soitec’s human resources, including staffing, compensation, employee benefits, employee safety as well as employee and executive development. Her focus includes both human capital and organization development.

She was appointed in 2008 to the position of Director, Corporate Communications. As such, she is responsible for overseeing the Group's internal and external communications strategy.

Prior to Soitec, Margot was with MCR Consultants (Rouen, France), an HR consulting agency where she served as director of human resources on a shared-time basis for several different high-tech companies. Prior to this consulting position, she spent five years with Matra MHS (Nantes, France), a leading semiconductor design company, where she was in charge of recruiting and career management projects.

Margot holds a master’s degree in law, and a post-graduate degree in business management from the University of Nantes, France.
